Sign the petition to stop the train whistle in Blackfalds today.

Ear-piercing train whistles have been a major annoyance in Blackfalds for years. They rob residents of sleep and drive away potential newcomers from moving to town. 

Upgrading crossings with other safety features can make sure crossings are still safe without needing trains to use the whistle as a warning to anyone who may be trying to cross. 

Innisfail and Lacombe have shown that passing by-laws to stop train whistles is possible. Now we need Blackfalds town council to do the same.
